About Your Stay

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
    (Guests with dinner-inclusive plans are requested to arrive by 6:00 PM.)
    Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

    Yes. Both early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per person, per hour.

  • When do cancellation or change fees apply?

    Cancellation and modification fees apply from 7 days prior to your stay.

  • How can I change or cancel my reservation or plan?

    For reservations made online:

  • Is it possible to change my room type?

    Yes, changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us by phone.
    Any difference in price will be settled at the property.

  • Do you have rooms with larger beds?

    The bed sizes in each room type are as follows:
    Twin Room: Two single beds (195 cm × 122 cm each)
    Double Room: One double bed (195 cm × 142 cm)

  • Do all rooms have open-air baths?

    The following room types feature an open-air bath:
    ■ Maisonette Twin
    ■ 12-Tatami Japanese-Western Style Twin
    ■ 6-Tatami Western-Style Double

  • How much is the bathing tax, and from what age is it required?

    The bathing tax is ¥150 per person.
    It applies to guests aged 13 and over.

About Dining

  • What time is dinner served?

    Dinner is served from 6:00 PM.
    If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance.

  • What kind of cuisine is served?

    Depending on the season, we offer kaiseki-style meals such as shabu-shabu and yakiniku,
    featuring locally sourced Japanese Black Wagyu from Aso and Kumamoto,
    as well as the branded pork “Kinunton.”

  • Can I add additional dishes to my meal?

    Yes. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your request.

  • Do you accommodate food allergies?

    For food allergies, please complete the allergy declaration form below
    and contact the Reservation Center at least 3 days prior to your stay.
    We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

  • Do you offer cakes, flowers, or other options for special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays?

    We accept online orders with advance credit card payment through the external website [cake.jp].
    (In addition to standard cakes, dog-friendly cakes and floral arrangements are also available.)

    If you prefer to pay on-site, we can arrange the following two types of cakes:
    ・Fresh cream cake
    ・Chocolate cake

    Size: No. 4 only (approx. 12 cm)
    Price: ¥4,400 (tax included)
    Candles: Up to 4 provided free of charge
    Serving time:
    ① With dessert at dinner
    ② Delivered to your room (until 8:30 PM)
    How to order: By phone or email (at least 4 days prior to your stay)
    Please note: Orders are not accepted during the winter season (December through the end of February).

    Guests are also welcome to bring their own cakes or have cakes ordered online delivered to the property.
    For online orders, please complete payment in advance and arrange delivery to arrive the day before your stay.
    Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted.

  • I cannot eat raw fish. Can you accommodate this request?

    Yes. Please contact us at least 3 days prior to your stay.
    We will do our best to accommodate you with alternative dishes whenever possible.

About Children’s Stays

  • Are there child rates?

    The child rates are as follows:
    Child A: ¥12,850 (tax included) (Bedding included / Same meals as adults)
    Child B: ¥7,700 (tax included) (Bedding included / Children’s dinner and breakfast)
    Child C: ¥4,400 (tax included) (No bedding / Children’s dinner and breakfast)
    Child D: ¥3,300 (tax included) (Bedding included / No meals)
    Child E: ¥1,100 (tax included) (No bedding / No meals)

  • Can you provide hot water for baby formula?

    Yes, we will be happy to provide it.

About Pet Stays

  • Could you tell me about pet services?

    The fee is ¥2,200 (tax included) per pet.
    From the third pet onward, the fee is discounted to ¥1,100 per pet.
    As part of our service, we provide two pet sheets and two waste disposal bags.
    A dog run is available on the property.

    Important Notes
    ・Pets in heat (estrus) are not permitted to stay.
    ・Pets are not allowed to use the bathtub.
    ・Please use only towels designated for pets.
    ・Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or certain areas of the property.
    ・If buildings, furnishings, or linens are damaged or soiled, actual costs will be charged.
    ・Please bring your pet’s food.
    ・Please bring any necessary pet items; rentals are not available.

    For Dogs
    ・Please bring proof of rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine (5 or more types).
    ・Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors.
    ※ Proof of rabies and combination vaccinations is required.

  • How large is the pet enclosure (circle)?

    72 × 104 × 70 cm (size may be subject to change).

  • Is the dog run available at all times?

    The dog run is available until midnight.
    Dogs without rabies or combination vaccinations may use the dog run only when no other dogs are present.

Other

  • Are there any smoking rooms?

    All guest rooms are non-smoking.
    An ashtray and chair are provided on the porch in front of each room entrance.
    Please refrain from smoking outside of this designated area.

  • Is complimentary parking available?

    For the Maisonette and 14-tatami Japanese-Western style rooms,
    one parking space is available in front of each room.
    Guests staying in the 6-tatami Western-style Double and 12-tatami Japanese-Western style rooms
    are requested to use the parking area in front of the front desk.
    No reservation is required.

  • Are winter tires or chains necessary?

    During winter, roads may freeze in the early morning or at dusk,
    so we recommend preparing winter tires or chains.
    If you are unsure, please contact the front desk for guidance.

  • I’m not sure how to get there. Could you guide me?

    Please refer to the access maps for each facility.
