CUISINE
Locally raised Japanese Black Wagyu, nurtured in rich natural surroundings,
and the renowned branded pork “Kinunbuta,” celebrated across Japan.
Seasonal mountain vegetables and fresh river fish, now considered true delicacies,
along with water that has slowly absorbed minerals deep within the Aso earth over time.
Rice cooked from locally grown “Akigeshiki” from Oguni,
cultivated with pure air and natural spring water.
These carefully selected ingredients are transformed,
through the head chef’s masterful techniques,
into refined and luxurious dishes, one plate at a time.

Please enjoy each dish
at the very moment it is at its best.
